Returns Policy
Normal wear is considered perfectly acceptable in vintage items. Due to the vintage nature of the items that I sell, I try to describe everything as accurately as possible (including noticed blemishes) and provide a variety of pictures, however, I am only human and do make mistakes or miss something on occasion.
If you are not satisfied or feel that I have misrepresented the item, please contact me so we can try to work things out. Breakage claims must be filed within 24 hours of delivery of the item.
Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
I am committed to 100% customer satisfaction and have no problem with accepting reasonable requests for refunds or exchanges. I strive to maintain a very user friendly shop!
